How long does it take to see results?

It depends on the product and its objective. Some clients see results, such as softer and more hydrated skin, in a few days, however, this also depends on the frequency and regimen you use our kits.

Kits are for all skin types?

No, we have created a special kit for each skin type, for women with dry skin you can use our MOISTURE RESCUE kit, for girls with normal skin our BETTER DAYS kit, if you have oily skin then you should definitely use the GOODBYE OILY SKIN kit or if you have mixed skin you should start using the LET’S GET MIX.

Is Amelie Skincare Cruelty free?

We never have & never will test on animals. We’re proud to be certified cruelty-free by the People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

In what order should I use my products?

We’re here to keep it simple. A general rule of thumb is:


  1. Cleanser
  2. Exfoliant
  3. Toner
  4. Serum
  5. Moisturizer

How does the subscription works?

First you have to Become a Member, and Get 15% OFF in every order, free shipping and special offers.


Then you must set up your Monthly Payment , you will receive the perfect skin routine, Select your  Due date to choose if you want to receive every month or according your routine


Done! You have the perfect kit for you in a few days.

How can I use Afterpay for my AMELIE order?

Afterpay will appear as a payment option if your order is over $35.00 & does not contain items for auto-delivery.

To use Afterpay, select the ‘installments by Afterpay’ option at the payments page of the checkout flow. At checkout, you will be billed 1/4th of your order’s total, & will be billed every two weeks until all four payments have been processed.

When will my order ship?

AMELIE  SKINCARE  shipping options:

  • USPS Standard Shipping (3-6 business days): $7.00 – Free with orders $35.00+
  • UPS Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days): $10.00
  • UPS Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $25.00

*all orders are subject to a 1-2 day processing period after being confirmed. 

**Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer delivery times.

I’m having an issue tracking my order!

Having trouble following your order’s journey?

We’ll send you tracking information as soon as it’s available. From there, the status is updated by the carrier as it makes its way to you!


If your tracking number isn’t being updated or does not appear to be working at all, please get in touch with our support team at help@amelie.com.

Help! I need to cancel/edit my order.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they are placed, including editing the contents of an order, changing the shipping address, or cancelling it entirely. 


Please confirm all details, including shipping information & the contents of your order before completing it.
